Pineapple is known as delicious and fresh fruits which will make your tongue dancing when see it. This yellow fruits are commonly growth on tropical area such as Indonesia. Pineapple can be served with salad or make it juice. There are many nutritional value of pineapple which contain a lot of vitamins and minerals which really tremendous for human health.
Nutritional value of pineapple is including:
- Vitamin B1
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin C
Long time ago, people believe that nutritional value of pineapple can cure digestive problem such as bloating, constipation, indigestion, feeling heart burns and nausea. So when you have digest problem, don’t forget to buy pineapple.
