Pineapple can be served with salad or make it juice. There are many nutritional value of pineapple which contain a lot of vitamins and minerals which really tremendous for human health.

Long time ago, people believe that nutritional value of pineapple can cure digestive problem such as bloating, constipation, indigestion, feeling heart burns and nausea. So when you have digest problem, don’t forget to buy pineapple.
